From Last Years DRIVE OF TACOS!!

***Note we actually haven’t gotten that close yet*** January 2008-

MLISA is totally a non-profit org*, right?

FUNDRAIZING UPDATE!!!! Because Caroline and I are such loving martyrs we decided to offer up our hard-earned (or fan donated) taco money to educating future generations of youth on the many awkwardnesses of life….Also our taco drive coincides with the renewal of this site.

So! We’re almost there!!! We only need 7.72 to go, and then you, precious reader get an entire YEAR of mlisa FREE!! And if you give more than a dollar fifty we’ll send you a sweet gift with purchase!

Everyone’s doing it! Caroline’s boyfriend donated 11.34! Mostly because he had to. And I gave in the 9.76 I earned in an ebay auction selling a computer part I stole from my previous job. And of course YOU loyal readerz who have already donated, your appreciation celebration is coming. The season for giving is not over yet!! We’re so close!!

That Very Special Time of the Year!


Remember 2008? It was the first ever “Buy Caroline and Monique Tacos” fundraising drive and if I remember we reached our lofty goal of 30 bucks. Also we have now been blogging for FIVE YEARS. I actually can’t believe it, it’s starting to get weird! So here it comes 2010! We’re still unemployed and the thirty bucks it costs us to keep this site up is taking money from our taco/kabob funds, thus we call upon our lovely and loyal readers to donate some spare change via paypal to keep us going and keep us off the streets.
Just like NPR there are various gifts for contributing for instance a cool personalized postcard from turkey, lisa frank stickers, and the chance to win Caroline’s dog! Just kidding.

But um, please donate. It would be really great.
